They are searching for a dynamic and motivated General Manager to lead their fitness center to new heights located in the Pacific Northwest.
COMPENSATION: $85k plus upside and benefits
Summary:
Manages the club, the employees and all duties and procedures related to the successful operation organizationally and financially. Directly supervises the employees of all programs and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Recruits, interviews, hires and supervises staff for assigned departments and programs
Sets revenue and performance goals for staff and assists them in achieving their goals
Responsibilities
Always work the last three days of the month for close-out
Implements club and company policies
Meets and exceeds all revenue and department-related goals, monthly, yearly
To be considered, you must…
Possess motivational, interpersonal, communication, training, and team-building skills.
3-5 years as a General Manager or Fitness Director overseeing a large PT Program.
Must be comfortable driving sales and revenue
