General Manager Summary
They are searching for a dynamic and motivated General Manager to lead their fitness center to new heights located in the Pacific Northwest.
COMPENSATION: $85K-$90K, plus upside and benefits!
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Directly supervises and manages the club, the employees and all duties and procedures related to the successful operation organizationally and financially and in accordance with the organization’s policies, procedures and applicable laws.
- Recruits, interviews, hires and supervises staff for assigned departments and programs.
- Sets revenue and performance goals for staff and assists them in achieving their goals.
- Will be expected to always work the last three days of the month for close-out.
- Implements club and company policies.
- Meets and exceeds all revenue and department-related goals, monthly and yearly.
To be considered, you must…
- Possess motivational, interpersonal, communication, training, and team-building skills.
- 3-5 years as a General Manager or Fitness Director overseeing a large PT Program.
- Must be comfortable driving sales and revenue,
