Job Type: Full-time (gymnastics gym management experience required)
Job Description:
– Direct daily operations in accordance with local franchise and corporate policies
– Direct training program and scheduling of staff
– Hire, train, evaluate and provide essential feedback to personnel
– Track franchise Business Indicators including enrollments, introductory visits and dropped students
– Plan and direct all gym communications and social media marketing
– Oversee all financial activities including billing and budgeting
– Manage franchise supply requirements and inventory levels
– Direct and manage multiple annual family events for over 400 families
– Direct staff and activities for summer and winter camp programs
– Maintaining the facility/equipment
– Instruct Parent/Child Classes for children 4 months – 3 years old
– Instruct Gymnastics, dance and sports classes for children ages 3 to 12 years old.

Compensation: $40,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year, plus benefits
