Our client is seeking a Marketing Coordinator who possesses strong administrative, project management, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing various initiatives, including lead acquisition for new memberships, ancillary revenue, and other business objectives. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in contributing to culture, brand development, client engagement, client retention, employee tools, and developing additional revenue streams. As part of their team, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Collaborate in developing comprehensive marketing plan and converting it into visual/digital presentations.
  • Manage paid digital advertising on platforms like Meta and Google, including oversight of third-party vendors.
  • Play a key role in organic social media content creation.
  • Contribute to the creation, implementation, and measurement of promotions, campaigns, contests, and events within budget.
  • Assist in drafting content for promotional emails, newsletters, press releases, social media posts, and website content and developing compelling storytelling pieces for digital and print channels.

Requirements:

  • 2 years of related experience.
  • Business result and growth-oriented.
  • Positive team player with attention to detail and dependability.
  • Proficiency in performing all job duties.
  • Experience in visual arts, promotional events, and digital marketing.
  • Understanding of SEO, digital advertising, and analytics.
  • Analytical skills, including Google Analytics, SEO, and social media analytics.

This is a full-time position with a flexible schedule. The role may require participation in events outside regular work hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet the needs of the business.
