As the Group Exercise Director, you’ll be at the helm of a dynamic Group Exercise Program, overseeing both land and water-based classes, special events, and programs. It’s a chance to lead an awesome team of Group Exercise Instructors and make a real impact on the club’s success.
Must-Haves:
- Hiring, training, and managing Group Exercise Instructors
- Developing and implementing staffing plans and team schedules
- Cultivating a team culture focused on goal achievement and member satisfaction
- Creating and supporting special events to promote the department and club
- Developing programs to increase member participation
