Regional General Manager, New Hampshire
We are seeking a Regional General Manager for our client’s New Hampshire location. The ideal candidate will focus on driving membership and personal training (PT) sales, managing and increasing profits across all club operations, and building, training, and managing strong customer service teams. A minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing multiple clubs is required.
Responsibilities include coaching, teaching, and training staff on key performance indicators (KPIs) necessary to achieve club membership and revenue goals. Each club has daily, monthly, and annual membership targets, for which you will be responsible. Additionally, you will have a personal membership goal to meet.

Duties & Responsibilities/Essential Functions:
- Attains team membership goal by executing all areas of sales process creating the urgency to join.
- Generates dollars by collecting the maximum amount of revenues based on current club promotions.
- Monitors the KPI’s to ensure that each of your Membership Advisors achieves or exceeds our membership sales objectives.
- Teach and ensure that all membership team performs daily outreach to generate off-site leads, appointments, and memberships.
- Sets and attains individual and team goals and holds the team accountable to those goals.
- Personally, sells memberships as needed.
- Takes the lead in community outreach and outside sales. Attains team membership goal by executing all areas of the club’s sales process creating the urgency to join.
- Manage all aspects of sales team’s performance in ClubOS our CRM Software.
- Performs daily outreach to generate off-site leads, appointments, and memberships.
- Sets individual sales team’s goals and holds the team accountable to those goals.
- Spearheads corporate outreach program with sales reps
- TO’s all deals as needed.
- Personally, assist on all retention endeavors.
- Personally, assist in saving cancels and calling cancelled members to return campaigns.
- Ensure that all reps have at least 4-5 verifiable appointments per day.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3-5 years related sales experience with direct consumer sales or membership sales strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and/or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency.
- Ability to work flexible hours, as necessary during end of month closeouts.
Compensation: Base salary of $85K/year plus commissions and bonuses, plus health benefits, PTO & Paid Holidays, Complimentary membership for you and one other (full time employees only), Employee Discounts and more!
