As the General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, serving as the “second-in-command” to the President. Your responsibilities will include coordinating various departments, providing leadership to your team, and assisting in all facility operations and floor management duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the President to achieve the venue’s financial objectives.
- Develop and implement operational plans, monitor their performance, and create sales/marketing strategies aligned with company goals.
- Conduct regular reviews of P&L statements to control costs and actively contribute to revenue growth.
- Oversee day-to-day operations by scheduling, planning, and organizing work.
- Ensure staff compliance with standards and procedures through effective communication of goals.
- Collaborate with the management team to hire, train, and support venue staff.
- Direct regular training programs in areas such as F&B operations, member and customer service, fitness, and tennis.
- Assist the President in the overall administration, management, sales, and operations of all programs.
Compensation: $80K to $90K + 20% upside, comprehensive benefits, and relocation allowance.
