Director of Operations – Nebraska

We’re conducting a search for a Regional Manager to oversee our client’s four fitness clubs located in Nebraska. This role offers a competitive salary of $85,000–$90,000, along with health benefits, professional growth opportunities, and a complimentary membership.

As the Regional Manager you’ll lead a team of 12 full-time and 80 part-time employees, acting as a head coach to drive staff development, enhance member satisfaction, and optimize business operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Team Development:
    • Act as the head coach for all club teams, prioritizing staff development and creating a supportive environment for team members to thrive.
    • Recruit, interview, hire, and train high-performing staff who align with our client’s values and objectives.
    • Train and develop employees to excel in customer service, sales, and operational roles, empowering them to work effectively during staffed and unstaffed hours.
    • Build a cohesive team culture that inspires collaboration and fosters shared accountability for success.
