As the Health & Fitness Coaching Director, you’d be driving B2B and B2C sales, unveiling cutting-edge health programs, and leading a passionate team to new heights of excellence.
Responsibilities:
- In 6 months, craft a strategic expansion plan aiming for a leap in client engagement.
- Innovate sales and marketing to drive sales.
- Launch new health and fitness programs that resonate with their diverse clientele.
- Build and nurture a top-tier team, and host engaging community events to solidify our presence.

Requirements
- Over 5 years of experience in managing health and fitness, with expertise in digital platforms.
- A degree in exercise science, psychology, or nutrition, backed by relevant certifications.
- A track record in leadership, sales, program development, and team management.
- An entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in startup ecosystems.
- Experienced in Personal Training and Group Exercise.
Compensation Base $65k, plus upside to $85K and benefits
