As the Studio Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in empowering members to make positive changes to their health and lives. Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Leadership: Execute the sales process of lead generation, follow-up, and close. Achieve studio sales goals through effective strategies and team collaboration.
  • Team Development: Coach, mentor, and train your team to deliver exceptional customer service and meet the studio’s high standards.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks are completed to maintain a smoothly running studio.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct tours of the facility, establish relationships, and understand individuals’ needs and goals.
  • Community Involvement: Participate in special events (health fairs, grand openings, marathons, etc.) to promote the studio and build community connections.
  • Class Management: Maintain a daily teaching schedule for Pilates group and private classes.
  • Administrative Duties: Oversee hiring, firing, and administration of the sales team, ensuring a high-performing and cohesive unit.

Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Proven sales experience in retail, membership sales, or services.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional communication skills, outgoing personality, and comfort in speaking with strangers.
  • Passion for Fitness: A genuine passion for fitness, Pilates, and fostering a sense of community.
  • Tech Savvy: Ability to learn and use new computer systems, and comfortable navigating multiple platforms for a seamless experience.
  • Proactive and Detail-Oriented: Strong problem-solving skills, ability to tackle tasks proactively, and attention to detail.

Compensation

  • Base Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 (based on experience)
  • Commission: Performance-based commission that rewards studio success and personal contributions.
