Our client is looking for a dynamic Executive Director, located in the lower portion of Western Virginia, to lead their mission of promoting health and fitness across two thriving locations. Nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains, Smyth County is known for its outdoor adventures, exciting history, world famous musical heritage, and many opportunities for fun amid breath-taking vistas and quirky small towns packed with personality.
As the Executive Director, you will be the driving force behind operations, implementing strategic initiatives, and fostering a culture of wellness that changes lives. You’ll work closely with the Board of Managers and local leadership to shape the future of health services, manage a talented team, and enhance the center’s influence in the region. This is a leadership position where your vision, people skills, and passion for health can truly shine.
Compensation: $80-$90K, plus bonus, comprehensive benefits and relocation allowance!
