Regional Personal Training Manager Role | Denver
About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Personal Training Manager to lead and enhance our client’s industry-leading Personal Training program. This role is an opportunity to drive business growth, mentor fitness professionals, and implement innovative training strategies to elevate personal training offerings. The position is based in Denver, CO and requires a leader with a strong vision for fitness and personal training excellence.
With multiple locations across Colorado’s Front Range, our client supports a community of busy professionals, families, and health enthusiasts by offering a diverse range of fitness and wellness services; and they are dedicated to delivering top-tier training, wellness, and fitness experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the day-to-day performance of multiple Personal Training programs.
- Provide leadership and support for Assistant Personal Training Managers (APTM) to drive revenue and achieve department goals.
- Establish and maintain a 5-Star Personal Training Culture to enhance client experience.
- Develop and implement cutting-edge training programs that inspire both members and trainers.
- Contribute to national fitness initiatives and ensure alignment with industry trends.Support ongoing education, market research, and recruitment strategies to retain top-tier personal trainers.
- Improve efficiency and retention strategies to help trainers maximize their impact and financial success.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) in kinesiology or a related field or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum three years of experience at a Regional or National level in a Personal Training Manager or Director role.
- Experience in club sales and revenue-driven fitness programs is preferred.
- Must hold at least one advanced-level nationally recognized personal training certification (NSCA-CSCS, ACSM, NASM preferred).
- Ability to travel as needed to support multiple locations.
Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation – $75-$85K + PT Commission, plus bonus and incentives, a comprehensive benefits package, and a relocation allowance.
