Jeff Randall | Founder

Jeff knows the fitness industry inside and out. Before starting JLR Associates, he owned and ran both commercial and private fitness clubs. He’s interviewed and hired hundreds of health club professionals throughout his career. His connections span the entire country, helping him find the right people for the right roles. Having been on both sides of the hiring process, Jeff understands exactly what makes organizations and their leaders successful.

Hannah Karass | Senior Executive Recruiter

Hannah brings over 40 years of leadership in the fitness and well-being industry. She has held senior roles, including Vice President, COO, and President at Healthworks Fitness, Curves/Jenny Craig, and Crunch Fitness Franchise, where she drove growth and innovation across hundreds of locations.

She also founded a consulting firm serving top clubs and spas nationwide and chaired the Board of the American Council on Exercise (ACE). Her leadership has been recognized with Club Industry’s Businesswoman of the Year and the IHRSA (HFA) President’s Award.

Holleigh Alexander-Ramsey | Spa & Hospitality Recruitment Specialist

Holleigh brings over 20 years of success in spa and wellness to our team. She’s led award-winning spas at luxury resorts and hotels, earning multiple Forbes and AAA awards. As Founder & President of the Rocky Mountain Spa & Wellness Association, she stays at the forefront of industry trends. Todd Noecker | Technology & Technical Assessment

Todd builds the systems JLR’s search work runs on. He comes from a computer science background and develops the data infrastructure, automation, and internal tools the firm uses to find and track candidates. He also works directly in JLR’s candidate database, writing SQL to surface people the recruiting software would never turn up on its own. On searches that call for real technical depth, he runs the technical evaluation, assessing a candidate’s engineering and product acumen while the recruiter tests leadership and fit.

Joan Stoltzfus serves as Marketing & Executive Search Coordinator for JLR Associates. She oversees marketing initiatives, business development, and recruiting operations while supporting executive searches throughout the fitness and wellness industry. With more than two decades of experience in executive administration, marketing, and project management, Joan helps create an exceptional experience for both clients and candidates through thoughtful communication, organization, and a commitment to excellence.
