Founder Jeff Randall Announces Leadership Transition and Team Expansion at JLR Associates

For more than 26 years, JLR Associates executive search has helped organizations build strong leadership teams across the health, fitness, recreation, and wellness industries.

Expanding the JLR Associates Team

With that in mind, I am pleased to share that we have expanded our team.

Industry veteran Hannah Karass has joined JLR Associates as Senior Executive Recruiter.

Hannah brings decades of experience in leadership recruitment within the fitness and wellness industry. In particular, she has a strong track record of identifying leaders who deliver measurable results.

Additionally, her ability to understand an organization’s operational needs and culture allows her to strategically identify top-tier candidates.

As a result, in just her first few months with JLR Associates, Hannah has already secured multiple successful placements. This early success reflects both her expertise and her dedication.

A Transition in Day-to-Day Leadership

While I am not stepping away from JLR Associates, I will be stepping back from day-to-day operations.

Moving forward, I encourage our clients and industry colleagues to connect directly with Hannah Karass for upcoming searches and talent discussions.

At the same time, I encourage you to continue working closely with Dennie Noecker, President of JLR Associates, as we move forward.
