The Ideal Candidate Will Bring:

  • Proven Experience: Minimum 3 years of studio management experience in the fitness industry
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage staff effectively
  • HR Background: At least 1 year of human resource experience
  • Technical Proficiency: Experience with MINDBODY software preferred
  • Attention to Detail: Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field (preferred)

  • Membership Management: Oversee student memberships, ensure proper class pass usage, and manage backend accounts in MINDBODY
  • Client Relations: Handle sensitive student-related issues with professionalism and discretion
  • Technical Oversight: Monitor and troubleshoot equipment essential to studio operations
